The initial consultation runs 30–45 minutes — significantly longer than a standard 15-minute session. The price reflects fair value relative to a standard visit, not the time involved. We'd rather make the first step accessible than charge a premium that discourages people from getting properly assessed.

Just yourself. If you have any recent imaging (X-rays, MRI, CT scans) relevant to your condition, bring those along — they're useful context. Otherwise, we'll gather everything we need during the consultation.

Yes. HICAPS is available on site — we can process your private health claim at the time of your appointment. Bring your health fund card. Rebates vary depending on your fund and level of cover.

Yes — chiropractic is not covered by Medicare for standard musculoskeletal presentations, so there is no bulk-billing option. You pay the full fee and claim your private health rebate on the day via HICAPS. The gap (if any) is the difference between our fee and your fund's rebate amount.

Pensioner concessions are not currently offered. We keep our pricing accessible by design — the initial consultation is priced the same as a standard visit to reduce the barrier to a proper first assessment.
